Starts April 15th. Classes are at 1PM.  Open to students in grades 9 - 12.  Final class includes a show case of per romances for invited guests.

In Intro to Improv for Teens, you’ll learn the basic elements of Comedy Improv–agreement, listening, team work, and making honest and bold choices–as you explore short-form games and exercises designed to encourage trust, communication, and character development.  Learn skills that can also be applied to traditional and musical theater, stand-up comedy, auditioning for roles, public speaking, dealing with nagging parents, and other real life situations.  The final class will end with a showcase performance.  Oh yeah, and you’re going to have a ton of FUN!

Duration: 8 Weeks

Prerequisites: None. Class is open to students in grades 9 – 12.

There is one performance for this class.

Dates:  April 15 to June 3 (no classes on May 27 for Memorial Day Weekend)

Time:  Sundays, 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM
